Your YouTube stream, inside your event platform

YouTube carries your live stream and your on-demand video at any scale. With Streavent you embed the player into the digital event platform and, for hybrid events, the event app: attendees watch in your design, where they registered, without leaving for.

The problem

The stream is on YouTube, the audience is somewhere else

You stream the keynote on YouTube because it scales to any crowd, then you send people off to youtube.com and lose them to the sidebar of suggested videos. The event is here, the video is there.

Data flow

How your data moves

The most common flows, each as a live sync.

These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.

How it works

One embed, and YouTube plays in your event platform

code

Paste one embed, keep your design

You copy the YouTube embed code and drop it into the Streavent digital event platform and event app, with no code of your own.

hd

Any scale, no bandwidth to manage

YouTube carries the stream to a handful or to thousands. You get its reach and delivery without hosting video yourself, right inside your event platform.

smart_display

Live and on-demand in one place

Embed a live stream during the session, then swap in the recording afterwards. The same spot in your event platform serves the live keynote and the replay.

For your team

One event signal for your whole team

event_available

Event team: no video hosting to run

You lean on YouTube for delivery and just place the player. No streaming infrastructure to procure, the whole agenda already lives on the platform.

groups

Attendees: watch where they registered

Participants open the session and the stream is right there, in your design, no jump to youtube.com and no suggested-video rabbit hole pulling them away.

campaign

Marketing: reach without losing the room

You keep YouTube reach and searchability for the public, while the embedded player keeps registered attendees inside the event they signed up for.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

YouTube is embedded, not synced. You take the YouTube embed code for your live stream or video and place it in your Streavent digital event platform, and for hybrid events in the event app as well. The player then runs inside your event in your own design. Attendees watch where they registered, with nothing to install. Comments and analytics stay on YouTube, they are not written back into Streavent.

You embed whatever your YouTube settings allow. Public and unlisted videos embed cleanly, so many events keep the stream unlisted and reach it only through the event platform. Fully private videos do not embed. You control reach on the YouTube side, Streavent simply hosts the place the player runs in.

The video player embeds into your event platform. YouTube live chat is a separate embed and, depending on your settings, can sit next to the player, but the conversation still lives on YouTube. Many events run the stream on YouTube and interaction through a separate engagement tool embedded in the same platform, so everything stays in one place for the attendee.

In the digital event platform and, for hybrid events, in the event app, not only on the public event website. The player sits inside the session your attendees log into, so the stream is part of the event rather than a link that sends them to youtube.com. That is the difference: the audience stays where the event lives. Details on the pricing page.
