Learn moreStreavent is the event software for the public sector: expert conferences, citizen formats and training sessions run on one platform that meets the requirements catalog. GDPR with a data processing agreement, accessible registration (EAA-compliant), ISO 27001 (in certification) and hosting in Germany, plus payment by invoice (e-invoicing per EN 16931 in preparation). Not just registration, the whole event.

The problem
A public authority does not plan an event like a company. Before the program is set, the question of data protection, accessibility and correct billing comes up. The wrong tool is not just extra work, it is a compliance risk.
Attendee data on US servers. Exactly what data protection officers stop immediately.
A registration page a screen reader cannot read is not compatible with BITV and the EAA.
An invoice the budget system will not accept ends up sitting on a desk, handled manually.
The solution
Not just registration, but the complete event within one compliance framework.
Registration, website, invitations, check-in, app, streaming, certificates and reporting in one system, one data set, one compliance framework.
Registration and event website are EAA-compliant, on every plan. You meet BITV and the EAA without a separate accessibility tool.
Certificates automatically based on actual attendance, in your authority's design. With integrated streaming you also reach those who cannot travel.
Name tags are printed on site, check-in runs by scan, without an external provider.

FAQ
GDPR-compliant event software hosts in the EU (ideally in Germany), offers a data processing agreement and works to ISO 27001. Streavent meets this and goes further: accessible registration (EAA-compliant), payment by invoice (e-invoicing in preparation) and the complete event in one system, not just registration.
Public bodies must provide their digital services accessibly (BITV, since June 2025 complemented by the Accessibility Reinforcement Act). Registration pages, emails and event apps are part of that. Streavent's registration and event websites are built EAA-compliant.
In Germany. Streavent offers a data processing agreement, works to ISO 27001 (in certification) and has clear deletion and retention rules for attendee data.
Streavent supports payment by invoice today. E-invoicing per EN 16931 (the basis for XRechnung and ZUGFeRD) is in preparation and is coming for all plans. We will clarify the current status in the demo.
Yes. You do not have to roll out the whole platform at once. You can start with one module, for example accessible registration, and add check-in, certificates or streaming later.
