Learn morevivenu is your API-first ticket engine. Instead of exporting a list before the doors open, attendee data syncs straight into Streavent, where you run check-in, print badges, hand out the event app and collect feedback. The event runs on current data.

The problem
You picked vivenu because the data is yours and the API is open. Then event day arrives and the door still runs on an export: a list pulled hours before, patched by hand for every late order. Streavent puts that API to work: attendee data flows from vivenu in, and check-in, badges and the app run on what is live.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.
arrow_forward From vivenu into Streavent

Everyone who registers through vivenu lands in Streavent as an attendee, with name, email and ticket details.

Orders and ticket categories from vivenu map onto Streavent, so VIP, standard and workshop add-ons are already sorted. Your door team sees what each attendee bought at a glance.

Rebookings, refunds and corrected details keep syncing from vivenu after the first import, so your attendee list always stays current.

These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
Streavent's Open API talks to vivenu's own open API and pulls your attendees and their orders straight into Streavent.
At the door your team checks people in with the Streavent app, registered, attended, no-show, and prints badges on the spot.
On top of the ticket data you give attendees the event app with agenda and sessions, collect feedback afterwards and issue certificates.
For your team
No stale export, no missing late orders. The check-in app runs on synced vivenu attendees, so the queue moves and badges print without a manual patch.
They buy on vivenu, then get the Streavent event app: agenda, sessions, their badge and, afterwards, feedback and certificate. One clean experience across both tools.
Speaker onboarding, sponsors, feedback and certificates run in Streavent on the attendees vivenu brought in. You maintain the event layer once, the ticket engine stays untouched.

FAQ
Over the Open API. vivenu is API-first, so Streavent's Open API pulls attendees and orders in continuously, without a CSV export before check-in. Only attendee data moves across: names, emails, ticket types and order details. The ticket shop, checkout and payment stay in vivenu. On top of the synced data you run check-in, badge printing, the event app, feedback and certificates in Streavent.
No. vivenu stays your ticketing and payment engine, where people buy and register. Streavent is the operational event layer on top: it takes the attendee data in and runs check-in, badges, the event app, feedback, certificates and speaker onboarding. You keep selling where you already sell, and add everything that happens around the event itself.
Attendee data only: registrations with name, email and ticket details, plus orders and ticket categories. Cancellations and changes keep syncing after the first import, so your check-in list stays current. Payment and financial data stay in vivenu. Streavent uses the attendee data to run check-in, badges, the app, feedback and certificates.
The Open API is available from the Growth plan, and the attendee sync runs over it. Both platforms host in the EU, so attendee data stays under GDPR. No-code tools like Zapier, Make and n8n can drive the same flow. Details on the pricing page.
