Learn moreVimeo brings a clean, ad-free player with real privacy controls. With Streavent you embed it into the digital event platform and, for hybrid events, the event app: your live event and your on-demand library run in your design, right where your attendees.

The problem
You produce the session with care, then a public video player wraps it in ads, logos and suggested clips that pull attention somewhere else. For a premium B2B event that reads wrong.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.
arrow_forward Video into the platform

You embed the Vimeo player ad-free and in your own design into the platform, your video runs clean and with no outside recommendations.

These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
You copy the Vimeo embed code and drop it into the Streavent digital event platform and event app, with no code of your own.
Vimeo lets you restrict where a video can be embedded, so you lock it to your event domain. The video plays inside your platform and nowhere you did not allow.
Embed a live Vimeo event during the session, then serve the recording from the same library afterwards.
For your team
You place a clean, ad-free player that matches the event you built. No public-platform clutter to apologise for, the whole agenda already lives on the platform.
Participants open the session and see the video, not ads or suggested clips. It plays in your design, on the same login they used to register.
From invite to on-demand replay the experience stays on brand. The Vimeo player carries the same polish as the rest of the event, inside the platform your attendees already trust.

FAQ
Vimeo is embedded, not synced. You take the Vimeo embed code for your live event or video and place it in your Streavent digital event platform, and for hybrid events in the event app as well. The player then runs inside your event in your own design, clean and ad-free. Attendees watch where they registered, with nothing to install. Views and analytics stay in Vimeo, they are not written back into Streavent.
Yes, that is a Vimeo strength. In your Vimeo privacy settings you can restrict embedding to specific domains, so the video only plays on your event platform and nowhere else. Streavent hosts the place the player runs in, Vimeo enforces where that embed is allowed. Together they keep a private session private.
Yes. You embed a Vimeo live event for the session itself, then serve the recording on demand from the same place afterwards. The player sits in the same spot in your event platform, so attendees find the live stream during the event and the replay after, without a new link to learn.
In the digital event platform and, for hybrid events, in the event app, not only on the public event website. The player sits inside the session your attendees log into, so the video is part of the event rather than a detour to a public page. That is the difference: the experience stays in your brand from start to finish. Details on the pricing page.
