Frequently asked questions

Slido is embedded, not synced. You take the iframe embed code from your Slido admin and drop it into your Streavent event app and digital event platform, and for hybrid events it runs in both. Slido then lives inside your event experience in your own design, and attendees ask questions and vote without leaving it and without installing anything. Responses stay in Slido, they are not written back into Streavent.

No. This is an embed, not a data integration. Questions, poll results and quiz answers live in Slido and stay there. Streavent hosts the event app and platform where your attendees follow the sessions, and Slido handles the live interaction inside it. If you need the results afterwards, you export them from Slido.

Yes. The default embed shows your whole Slido event, but you can point the iframe at a single section by adding /questions for the Q&A or /polls for the live polls. That way you place the Q&A next to a session in the app and the polls on another screen, each in the spot where it makes sense.

No. Attendees join through the link or code, on their own phone, tablet or laptop, with nothing extra to download. Because Slido sits inside your Streavent event app and platform, most of them never see a second tool at all: they open the session and start asking or voting in the same place.
