Learn moreWhen someone registers, checks in or gets scanned at your booth, Streavent posts a message into the Slack channel your team already watches. It is one-way notification, not a data sync: the event talks, your team reacts.
The problem
Registrations climb, the doors open, the booth fills with leads, and nobody outside the check-in desk sees any of it until the report lands days later. Sales does not know their prospect just walked in.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.
arrow_forward
arrow_back From your event into Slack
The moment someone registers on your event website, Streavent posts a message into your Slack channel: who signed up, which ticket, which company.
When a badge is scanned at the door, a Slack message marks them as arrived. Sales knows the prospect they were waiting for just walked in, and the team can greet the VIPs by name.
Every lead your team scans at the booth, with the note and conversation status, posts into Slack right away.
These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
Streavent sends messages into Slack, it does not read anything back out. Registration, check-in and lead scanning each post an update, so the channel is a live.
No-code? A Zap posts each event action to Slack. Prefer to keep it in-house? A Slack Incoming Webhook plus Streavent's Open API (from the Growth plan) sends.
Not every registration needs a ping. Add filters so only VIP tickets, a specific event or booth leads post to Slack, and route different events to different.
For your team
A Slack alert the second a target account checks in means the rep can walk over and say hello. The booth lead lands in the channel before the conversation is even written up.
Registrations, check-ins and leads scroll past in one channel. The team on the floor and the team at HQ watch the same live view, without asking the check-in desk for numbers.
No new dashboard to open. The event surfaces in the Slack channel your team already lives in, and you decide which moments are worth a ping.

FAQ
Streavent is an all-in-one event software for professional B2B events with 200 to 5,000 attendees that posts updates into Slack. Registrations, check-ins and booth leads land as messages in the channel your team watches, in real time. Registration, ticketing, check-in, badge printing and event app run in one platform, hosted in Germany.
No, and we frame it honestly. Slack is a notification target, not a data sync. Streavent posts messages into a channel, registration, check-in, lead, but nothing is read back from Slack into your event. It is a live feed for your team, not a place where data flows both ways.
Over no-code or code, whichever you prefer. A Zap in Zapier posts each event action to Slack, or a Slack Incoming Webhook driven by Streavent's Open API (from the Growth plan) sends the same messages. You choose the channel, the message format and the filters, so only the events you care about show up.
Yes. You add filters so only certain tickets, a specific event or just booth leads post to Slack, and you can route different event types to different channels. That keeps the feed useful instead of noisy, and each team sees only the moments that matter to them.
