Learn moreRegistrations become business partners, event invoices reach your accounts receivable. Streavent hands attendee and billing data to SAP over its Open API and your integration layer.

The problem
The event sold tickets, issued invoices and filled an attendee list, and none of it is in SAP where your finance and master data actually live. Someone re-keys the invoices, someone else creates the business partners by hand.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.

The contact behind each registration or purchase can be handed to SAP as a business partner, new ones created, known ones matched, through the Business Partner API.

Streavent issues an invoice for every ticket purchase. Over the Open API the billing data reaches SAP for accounts receivable, so revenue lands in the system of record instead of.

These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
Streavent's REST API (from the Growth plan) exposes registrations, attendees and invoices.
SAP landscapes differ, S/4HANA, Business One, ECC, each with its own model. There is no off-the-shelf Streavent connector.
You decide what SAP receives: business partners from registrations, invoice and receivables data from ticket sales.
For your team
Event invoices and receivables reach SAP instead of an export folder. Finance closes the books on real figures, without re-keying a single ticket sale.
Attendees arrive as business partners matched against what SAP already knows. No duplicate records, no manual creation after every event.
Registrations, ticketing, check-in and invoicing run in Streavent. The hand-off to SAP keeps finance and master data current without a second round of entry.

FAQ
Streavent is an all-in-one event software for professional B2B events with 200 to 5,000 attendees that hands data off to SAP over its Open API. Attendee data can reach SAP as business partners and event invoices as accounts receivable. Registration, ticketing, check-in, badge printing and event app run in one platform, hosted in Germany.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. SAP is an ERP and CRM landscape, and every setup differs across S/4HANA, Business One and ECC. The connection is a mapped project over Streavent's Open API and your integration layer, such as SAP Integration Suite or an iPaaS, not a one-click plug-in. What we do provide is clean, documented access to registrations, attendees and invoices so your SAP team can map them where they belong.
Two things: attendee and buyer data from registrations and purchases, which SAP can take on as business partners, and billing data from the automatic invoice per ticket, which reaches accounts receivable. Check-in status and leads stay available over the API too, but the finance and master data hand-off is where SAP integrations usually start.
No. Streavent is the event layer in front of your ERP: SAP stays the system of record for master data, finance and receivables, Streavent runs the event and hands the results over cleanly. Details on the pricing page.
