Learn moreConnect and authorize PayPal once, then attendees pay for tickets right in your event checkout. Every payment is matched to its registration automatically, so you always know who settled up. No developer, no workaround, just fine-tune the settings.

The problem
Some attendees simply want to pay with PayPal, and that is fine, until the payments sit in one account and the registrations in another and you match them by hand. Who paid, who still owes, which ticket belongs to which order.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.
arrow_forward From PayPal back into your event

PayPal confirms the payment and Streavent matches it to the right registration on the spot. The attendee is marked paid, the invoice goes out, and nobody keys anything in.

arrow_back From your event to PayPal

Attendees pick PayPal in your event checkout and pay for tickets and add-ons in their familiar PayPal flow. The money moves straight into your own PayPal account.

A cancellation in Streavent triggers the PayPal refund and a matching credit note. The registration is freed and the waitlist can move up, no separate login required.

These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
Open PayPal in Streavent, sign in and authorize once. It is directly integrated, not routed through the Open API, so there are no keys to juggle and no.
From then on PayPal appears in your event checkout, and every payment is matched to its registration and event.
Decide which ticket types accept PayPal, set currency and invoice details, and mix it with other payment methods.
For your team
Each PayPal payment carries its registration and event, so takings line up with the automatic invoices. No manual matching between a payment account and an attendee list.
Registrations show paid, pending or refunded in Streavent, whether the attendee used PayPal or another method. Check-in and badges run knowing who settled up.
PayPal sits right in your event checkout, in your design. Attendees pay in the flow they already know, get their invoice, and never leave the page where they registered.

FAQ
Streavent is an all-in-one event software for professional B2B events with 200 to 5,000 attendees and integrates PayPal directly as a payment method. You connect and authorize PayPal once, then attendees pay for tickets in your event checkout and every payment is matched to its registration. Registration, ticketing, check-in, badge printing and event app run in one platform, hosted in Germany.
No. PayPal is directly integrated in Streavent, not routed through the Open API or a workaround. You open PayPal inside Streavent, sign in and authorize once, and your own PayPal account is linked natively. From then on it appears in your event checkout and every payment is matched to its registration automatically. Afterwards you only fine-tune the settings.
Yours. The money flows into your own PayPal account, and your existing terms and setup stay in place. Streavent runs the checkout and matches each payment to its registration and event, but the account and the balance remain entirely with you. You can offer PayPal alongside Stripe and invoice, so attendees pick the method they prefer.
Yes. PayPal sits in your event checkout next to card payment via Stripe and, on the Growth plan, payment by invoice. You decide which methods and which ticket types accept PayPal. Whatever the attendee picks, the payment is matched to their registration and the automatic invoice follows. Details on the pricing page.
