Learn moreStreavent's Open API is a REST interface with webhooks that reads and writes the data behind your event: registrations, check-in status, booth leads, invoices and sessions. Connect almost any tool and build the integration you need.

The problem
Every registration, check-in, lead and invoice sits in Streavent, clean and structured. But your stack is bigger than one tool: a data warehouse, an internal app, a finance system, a CRM without a connector. Without an interface, that means exports and imports.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.
arrow_forward Into Streavent, over the API

Your systems call the API to create or update registrations, push an attendee list from another tool or set a field in bulk. Streavent stays current without a single manual import.

Move contacts from a CRM segment or a ticketing tool into your event as registrations. One API call replaces the CSV round trip, and known attendees arrive without duplicates.

Query registrations, check-in status, leads, invoices and sessions over REST, whenever your own systems need them.

Subscribe to events like a new registration, a check-in or a scanned lead. Streavent posts the payload to your endpoint in real time, so your systems react without polling.

Read invoices and credit notes from each ticket sale over the API. Push them into your accounting or ERP system, so event revenue lands in finance without manual re-entry.
These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
Registrations, check-in status, leads, invoices and sessions are available as REST resources.
Instead of polling, subscribe to the events that matter. A new registration, a check-in or a booth lead triggers a webhook to your endpoint, with the record in.
The Open API is what the non-native integrations run on. Zapier, Make, n8n and your own custom code all talk to Streavent through it, so anything they can do.
For your team
No waiting for a connector that may never ship. With REST and webhooks you wire event data into your own apps, internal tools and pipelines, the way your architecture expects it.
Pull registrations, attendance and leads into your data warehouse or BI tool. Event performance sits next to the rest of your funnel, reported on live instead of from a quarterly export.
Read invoices and credit notes over the API and post them straight into accounting or your ERP. Ticket revenue reconciles in the system your finance team already runs.

FAQ
It is a REST API with webhooks that gives you programmatic access to your event data in Streavent: registrations, check-in status, booth leads, invoices and sessions. You read and write these resources from any language or tool, and subscribe to webhooks that fire when something happens. It is available from the Growth plan and is the foundation the non-native integrations, like Zapier, Make and n8n, run on.
The operational data behind your event: registrations and their contact data, check-in status of registered, attended or no-show, booth leads from the lead-scanning app with note and conversation status, invoices and credit notes from ticket sales, and sessions with speakers and agenda. You read them on demand, write updates back, and let webhooks notify your systems in real time.
Yes, and we say so plainly. This is a developer interface, not a no-code connector: someone on your side writes the calls, handles authentication and maps the fields to your systems. If you would rather avoid code, Zapier, Make and n8n sit on top of the same API and cover many flows without a developer. For full control and custom integrations, the Open API is the direct path, available from the Growth plan.
The native sync for HubSpot, Salesforce and DATEV is built in and needs no code, but it exists only for those systems. The Open API reaches everything else: any tool, your own apps, a data warehouse, a finance system. It gives you the most control and the widest reach, in exchange for developer effort. Many teams use the native sync for their CRM and the Open API for the rest of the stack. Details on the pricing page.
