Learn moreMiro gives every workshop an infinite canvas of sticky notes, frames and templates that everyone edits at once. With Streavent you embed it into your event app and digital event platform, in your own design, no code. For hybrid events it runs in both.

The problem
A physical workshop runs on a flipchart the facilitator holds, so three voices dominate and the rest just watch. Online it is worse: people talk over each other and nothing gets captured.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.
arrow_forward Embedded in your event app

Miro loads embedded in your event app: during the workshop your group drops sticky notes and sketches on the shared board. Everything stays inside Miro.

These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
You take the Miro embed link and place it in your Streavent event app and digital event platform, for instance right inside a workshop room.
Sticky notes, frames, votes and templates on an infinite board that the whole group changes at once, so the workshop output builds in real time in front of the.
Drop a board into each workshop room in the platform. Break into groups, each with its own board or frame, and bring the results back together on one canvas.
For your team
Run the exercise on a template, let everyone add sticky notes at once, and dot-vote to prioritize. The quiet participants contribute as much as the loud ones.
Add notes, move cards and vote on the shared board from their own device, right inside the event app, no download and no second login.
The board is the deliverable. When the workshop ends the canvas is complete in Miro, ready to share, with nothing to type up afterwards.

FAQ
Miro is embedded, not synced. You take its embed link and place it in your Streavent event app and digital event platform, for example inside a workshop room, and for hybrid events it runs in both. The board then lives inside your event experience in your own design. Participants edit it without leaving the app, and the board stays in Miro. Nothing is written back into Streavent.
In Miro. The canvas, sticky notes and everything the group creates stay in your Miro account, exactly as if you opened Miro directly. Streavent provides the event app and platform where the board appears inside your sessions and workshop rooms. This is an embed, not a data integration, so the content stays in Miro for you to keep and share.
Both are possible, and you decide per board. Set the embed to view only for a live demo on the main screen, or allow editing so a workshop group builds the canvas together. When editing is on, participants add and move content from their own device, right inside the event app.
For viewing, no. For editing, it depends on your Miro board sharing settings, some allow guest editing by link while others ask for a sign-in. Either way the board is embedded in your Streavent event app and platform, so participants work on it in the same place they follow the workshop, with nothing extra to install for a view-only board.
