Learn moreMicrosoft Forms builds quick surveys and quizzes right inside Microsoft 365, with results in Excel. With Streavent you embed it into your event app and digital event platform, in your own design, no code. For hybrid events it runs in both.

The problem
Your team lives in Microsoft 365, your data governance is built around it, and IT has no appetite for yet another tool to vet. But you still need quick feedback and quizzes at the event.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.

Microsoft Forms sits embedded in your event app: guests answer a quick poll or quiz between talks with a couple of taps. Results stay in Microsoft Forms.

These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
You take the Microsoft Forms embed code and place it in your Streavent event app and digital event platform.
Every response flows into an Excel workbook in your Microsoft 365, ready to pivot and chart with the tools your team already uses every day.
The form stays in your Microsoft environment with the governance you already have. No new vendor to onboard, no new place for attendee answers to live.
For your team
You create the form in Microsoft 365 like any other, no new tool to learn, and results arrive in the Excel you already know.
Answer on their own device, nothing to install, no account needed for anonymous forms, right inside the event app they already have open.
Microsoft Forms is already in your tenant, so there is no new license to buy and no new tool for IT to approve. You embed it and go.

FAQ
Microsoft Forms is embedded, not synced. You take its embed code and place it in your Streavent event app and digital event platform, and for hybrid events it runs in both. The form then lives inside your event experience in your own design. Attendees answer without leaving the app, and the responses stay in Microsoft Forms and your Excel. Nothing is written back into Streavent automatically.
Into Microsoft Forms and the linked Excel workbook in your own Microsoft 365, exactly where they would go without the embed. Streavent provides the event app and platform where attendees follow the sessions, Microsoft Forms collects and stores the answers inside your tenant. This is an embed, not a data integration, so nothing flows back into Streavent.
Microsoft Forms comes with most Microsoft 365 business and education plans, so if your team already has 365 you very likely already have Forms. On the Streavent side the embed works like any other, you place the form in your event app and it runs in your design. Check your own Microsoft licensing for the exact plan details.
It depends on how you set up the form. Forms set to accept anyone let attendees answer with no account and nothing to install. Forms restricted to your organization ask for a Microsoft sign-in. Either way the form is embedded in your Streavent event app and platform, so attendees answer in the same place they follow the event.
