Learn moreYou ask your AI tool to pull next week's event, it finds the right one, you confirm, and it drafts the LinkedIn post. The MCP layer gives your AI tool governed access to your Streavent data and actions.

The problem
Your team works with AI tools every day. But the moment someone asks the model to pull the details of next week's event, it hits a wall: your event data lives in Streavent, and the model has no way in. So people copy, paste and retype, or the AI just guesses. The MCP layer closes that gap.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.

Describe the event in the chat and the model creates it in Streavent over the layer: title, date, capacity. You get a draft to review instead of a blank form.

Give the go and the model publishes or updates the event through the layer. Every action is permissioned, so nothing goes live that you did not approve.

You say pull next week's event, the model finds it over the MCP layer and asks: found this title for Friday, is that the one? You confirm, it has the data.

Registrations, check-ins, no-shows: the model reads the current figures straight from Streavent, so your update is built on real data, not a screenshot from last week.

Agenda, speakers and session times flow to the model on request. It turns them into a reminder mail, a LinkedIn post or a briefing, without you copying a single line.
These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
Your AI tool sends a request over the MCP layer, Streavent returns the exact data or runs the action. The model does the work, the layer governs the access.
The layer only exposes what you allow: which data, which actions, which scope. Read the agenda but not publish, or full access for admins. You draw the line.
Anything you can do over the Open API, the model can do over the layer: pull data, create an event, trigger publish. Structured, logged, the same rules apply.
For your team
Ask your AI tool for a last reminder or a LinkedIn post, it pulls the live event details over the layer and drafts on the spot. No copy-paste from the dashboard, no invented dates.
Create a draft event, update a capacity, check the current registration count, straight from the chat you already have open. Streavent stays the source, the model just does the reaching.
The layer runs on the Open API with permissions, roles and logging. AI tools reach only the scope you grant, GDPR-compliant with a DPA, hosted in Germany, ISO 27001 in certification.

FAQ
The MCP layer is an access layer that works like an API, but one an AI model can use. Over it, an external AI tool runs the same actions you would trigger by API: pull event data, create an event, publish it. The model does the work, the layer gives it governed, structured access to your Streavent data and actions.
Those are two different things. The direct AI integration links your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini account to the AI buttons inside Streavent. The MCP layer runs the other way: it is the interface through which external AI tools reach into Streavent, so the tool your team already chats with can access your event data and actions.
Everything the Open API allows, within the permissions you set. Pull event details, attendee numbers, agenda and sessions to repurpose them, and trigger actions like creating or publishing an event. Every request is permissioned and logged, so the model only reaches the data and actions you have opened up.
The MCP layer is coming soon. It builds on the Open API, which is available from the Growth plan up. It will be permissioned and structured, GDPR-compliant with a DPA, hosted in Germany, ISO 27001 in certification. Talk to us if you want to be part of the early access.
