Learn moreWhen someone registers, checks in or gets scanned at your booth, Streavent fires a trigger in Make. From there a visual scenario moves that event into any app you run, module by module, with no code. You run the event, your stack reacts on the canvas.

The problem
Registrations arrive, people check in, the booth fills a lead list, and afterwards someone copies all of it into the CRM, the newsletter tool and a spreadsheet. Every event, the same manual relay.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.

It runs the other way too: a Make module calls Streavent's Open API as its action, so a new sheet row or form entry creates or updates a registration in your event, with no manual.

The moment someone registers on your event website, Streavent fires a trigger in Make. The scenario creates a CRM contact, adds a row to a sheet or posts to a Slack channel.

When you scan a badge at the door, the check-in status, attended or no-show, triggers a scenario in Make within seconds of the scan.

Every lead your team scans at the booth, with badge data, note and conversation status, triggers a scenario.
These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
Registration, check-in and lead scanning each fire a trigger in Make. That trigger is the first module of a scenario: one event action in, one automated.
From the trigger you chain modules to any app in Make: CRM, email, Slack, sheets, project tools.
A dedicated Streavent app for Make is rolling out. Until every trigger ships natively, a custom webhook plus Streavent's Open API (from the Growth plan) cover.
For your team
Registrations and check-ins flow straight into your email tool and CRM. Your follow-up sequence starts from real attendance, without anyone exporting a list after the event.
Every booth lead reaches your CRM or sales inbox the second it is scanned. Reps follow up the same day, with the note and conversation status already attached to the record.
Build the scenarios yourself in Make's editor: no code, no ticket to engineering. Drop in a router, a filter or an approval step, and reshape the flow whenever the next event needs.

FAQ
Streavent is an all-in-one event software for professional B2B events with 200 to 5,000 attendees that connects to Make. Registrations, check-in status and booth leads fire triggers in Make, and each one can start a visual scenario into any other app with no code. Registration, ticketing, check-in, badge printing and event app run in one platform, hosted in Germany.
We frame this honestly: a dedicated Streavent app for Make is rolling out, and not every trigger and action ships natively yet. In the meantime you cover the same scenarios today with a custom webhook and Streavent's Open API, available from the Growth plan. Registration, check-in and lead events become triggers, and a module can call the API to write back into Streavent. As the native app lands, the setup gets simpler and the scenarios stay the same.
Event context, not your whole database. A trigger carries the registration and its contact data, the check-in status, registered, attended or no-show, and booth leads from the lead-scanning app including note and conversation status. In the scenario you map each field to the app on the other side and add filters so only the events you want flow through.
No, they serve different needs. For HubSpot, Salesforce and DATEV, Streavent has a built-in native sync, and that stays the deepest path. Make is the no-code way to reach everything else: newsletter tools, Slack, sheets, project boards, the apps without a native connector. Many teams use both, the native sync for the CRM and Make for the long tail. Details on the pricing page.
