Learn moreThe Insight Tag is how LinkedIn measures your B2B campaigns, your event pages belong there too. With Streavent you paste your Partner ID into one field, and every event page fires the tag: registrations become conversions, visitors become matched audiences.
The problem
LinkedIn is where your B2B audience lives, so that is where you advertise the event. But registration happens on a microsite the Insight Tag never touches, and LinkedIn cannot see which post produced a sign-up. Conversions read zero, matched audiences stay thin.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.
arrow_forward
arrow_back From your event page
You paste your Partner ID into one field, then visits and conversions on your event page reach LinkedIn, feeding your campaign reports and matched audiences.
These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
You copy the Partner ID from your LinkedIn Campaign Manager and paste it into the tracking field in Streavent. No tag to embed by hand, no developer ticket.
Every event page fires the Insight Tag, so visits and completed registrations report to LinkedIn as conversions.
Visitors to your event pages flow into LinkedIn matched audiences. Retarget people who viewed but did not register, and reach lookalikes of the ones who did.
For your team
See which sponsored post or ad produced registrations, and report event conversions in the same Campaign Manager you already run your B2B budget in.
The Insight Tag adds professional demographics to your event traffic: company, industry, seniority. You learn which segments your event actually attracts.
The Partner ID lives in Streavent, so every new event page carries the tag. No embedding per landing page, no request to a developer before a campaign.

FAQ
You copy your Partner ID from the LinkedIn Campaign Manager and paste it into the tracking field in Streavent. From then on every page of your event website fires the Insight Tag automatically, from the landing page to the registration confirmation. Conversion tracking and matched audiences then work in LinkedIn exactly as they do for your main site. There is no tag to embed by hand and nothing to hand to a developer.
Visits to your event website and completed registrations report to LinkedIn as conversions. That lets you measure which sponsored content or ad drove sign-ups, retarget visitors who did not register, and build matched audiences from the people who came. The tag also adds professional demographics, so you see which companies and roles your event attracts. Everything lives in your LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
No. The direct way is one field: you paste the Partner ID and Streavent fires the Insight Tag on your event pages. If you prefer to manage tracking centrally, you can also load the tag through Google Tag Manager next to your other tags. Both paths end the same way, your event pages reporting to LinkedIn.
Streavent hosts your event pages in Germany with a data processing agreement in place. The Insight Tag respects your consent setup: if you run a consent tool such as Cookiebot, it fires only after the visitor agrees, and existing consent from your main website can be passed through to the event page. You keep your LinkedIn tracking and stay GDPR compliant at the same time.
