Learn moreLinkedIn is where your B2B audience already is. With Streavent you promote the event, turn your real attendees into a matched audience for retargeting, and place the LinkedIn Insight Tag on your event page.
The problem
Your event pulled exactly the people you want more of: the right titles, the right companies, the ones who actually showed up. But your next LinkedIn campaign targets a cold audience from scratch, because the attendee list never made it into Campaign Manager.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.
arrow_forward From LinkedIn into your event
Run a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form ad for your event, and the sign-ups flow into Streavent as registrations over the Open API or Zapier.
arrow_back From your event into Campaign Manager
Your registration list becomes a Matched Audience in Campaign Manager, uploaded or streamed over the API.
Split by check-in status: one matched audience of the people who actually attended, another of the no-shows you still want to reach.
Add the LinkedIn Insight Tag to your Streavent event page, within your consent banner, and everyone who viewed the agenda or started registering becomes retargetable in Campaign.
These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
Share and sponsor the event on LinkedIn, then send the traffic to your Streavent event page.
Over the Open API or Zapier, your registration and check-in lists feed Matched Audiences in Campaign Manager.
Place the Insight Tag on your event page to retarget visitors, and pipe Lead Gen Form sign-ups back into Streavent as registrations.
For your team
Instead of buying a cold audience, you retarget everyone who registered or attended. Your cost per lead drops because the ads follow people who already raised a hand.
A matched audience of actual attendees is the best seed for a lookalike. You reach more of exactly the profile that shows up to your events, not a broad guess.
The same registration and check-in data that runs your event feeds your LinkedIn audiences. You maintain it once in Streavent, marketing uses it for targeting.

FAQ
Streavent connects to LinkedIn for marketing, not as a CRM sync. You promote the event on LinkedIn, turn your registrations and attendees into Matched Audiences in Campaign Manager over the Open API, add the Insight Tag to your event page for retargeting, and pipe Lead Gen Form sign-ups back in as registrations. It is ad targeting and reach, not a two-way contact database.
No, and we will not pretend it does. LinkedIn is not a CRM, so there is no bidirectional contact sync. What flows is audience data for advertising: your attendee lists become Matched Audiences for targeting, and Lead Gen sign-ups come in as registrations. For a real two-way contact sync, use your CRM, Streavent has a native sync for HubSpot, Salesforce and DATEV.
The Insight Tag is a small script you add to your Streavent event page, within your consent banner. It lets you retarget people who visited the page or started registering, even if they did not finish, and it measures how your LinkedIn campaigns drive registrations. It tracks page visitors for ads, it does not write contacts into your database.
Matched Audiences and Lead Gen flows run over Streavent's Open API, available from the Growth plan, or over no-code tools like Zapier and Make. Promoting the event and placing the Insight Tag need only your LinkedIn Campaign Manager and your event page. Details on the pricing page.
