Learn moreStreavent already ships the generate buttons: descriptions, reminders, LinkedIn posts. Link your Google account and Gemini drafts every one of them, on your account, with the multimodal model from the ecosystem you work in daily.
The problem
Half your day runs through Google already. Yet the event description still starts on a blank line, the reminder text from scratch, the social post from nothing. Link Gemini to Streavent and the AI buttons draft on the Google model you know, so the copy starts written, not empty, and stays inside the event.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.
arrow_forward Gemini's draft back in Streavent
Gemini's answer flows back into the exact Streavent field you started from, description, email or post, ready to edit, approve and send.
Want a different tone or length? Generate again and Gemini reworks it in place. Each pass runs on your Google account, so shaping the copy never leaves Streavent.
arrow_back Event context out to Gemini
You click generate and Streavent gathers the event, title, date, audience and tone, into a prompt, then sends it to your linked Google account for Gemini to work on.
The request goes through your own Google connection on the Gemini model you chose. Usage sits in your account, and the cost and data stay on your side.
These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
Connect your Google account to Streavent once and approve access. Every AI button then routes its requests through Gemini on your account.
Choose which Gemini model the buttons should use and update it as Google ships newer, more capable versions. Your events keep pace automatically.
Use the AI buttons where you already work. Gemini drafts, you refine in Streavent, and the finished copy stays with the event, not in a side tool.
For your team
Descriptions, invitations, posts and reminders. Marketing generates first drafts with Gemini right inside Streavent, close to the Google tools the team already opens every day.
A single linked Google account keeps usage in one place. Operations chooses the Gemini model, sets who can generate, and can revoke the connection whenever it needs to.
The AI buttons back onto your Google account for everyone, so a small team can populate a whole event with descriptions, emails and posts without a dedicated copywriter.

FAQ
You link the Google account that holds your Gemini access, and Streavent's AI buttons run on it. In higher plans the AI comes included, so you can use the features without connecting an account of your own.
No. MCP lets an external AI tool reach into Streavent from outside. Here the flow runs the other way: your Gemini model is plugged into Streavent's own AI buttons, so the generating happens inside Streavent itself.
The AI buttons are built around event copy, so the day-to-day job is text: descriptions, emails, posts. You still pick the Gemini model behind them, and as Google extends what those models do, your buttons run on the version you select.
The Gemini model you choose when you connect. You can switch to a newer or stronger version whenever Google releases one, and the AI buttons follow your selection without any rebuild on your side.
