Your event pages, firing the Meta Pixel

The Meta Pixel drives your Facebook and Instagram ads, your event pages should feed it too. With Streavent you paste your Pixel ID into one field, and every event page fires the Pixel: registrations become conversions, visitors become audiences.

The problem

You pay for the ad, but never see the conversion

You run Meta ads to fill your event, but registration happens on a microsite the Pixel never sees. Facebook optimises blind: it cannot tell which clicks became sign-ups, your retargeting audiences stay empty, cost per registration is a guess.

Registrations Meta can retarget

You store your Pixel ID in one field, then visits and conversions on your event page fire to Meta, so you can build audiences and measure your ad spend.

These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.

How it works

One Pixel ID, and Meta sees your event

vpn_key

Paste your Pixel ID, done

You copy the Pixel ID from your Meta Events Manager and paste it into the tracking field in Streavent. No base code to install, no tag to hand to a developer.

trending_up

Registrations come back as conversions

Every event page fires the Pixel, so page views and completed registrations report to Meta as events.

groups

Build audiences from real visitors

Visitors to your event pages flow into custom audiences: retarget people who looked but did not register, and build lookalikes from those who did.

For your team

One event signal for your whole team

campaign

Marketing: optimise on sign-ups

Meta sees which ad produced a registration, so you bid on the campaigns that actually fill the room instead of the ones that only collect clicks.

ads_click

Paid ads: retarget the warm audience

Everyone who visited your event page but did not sign up becomes a retargeting audience. You bring them back with a second touch instead of losing them.

event_available

Event team: nothing extra to build

Set the Pixel ID once and every new event page carries it. No script per landing page, no developer ticket before each campaign.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

You copy your Pixel ID from the Meta Events Manager and paste it into the tracking field in Streavent. From then on every page of your event website fires the Meta Pixel automatically, from the landing page to the registration confirmation. Tracking, conversions and audiences then work in Meta exactly as they do for your main site. There is no base code to install and nothing to hand to a developer.

Page views on your event website and completed registrations come back to Meta as events. That lets you measure which ad drove a sign-up, optimise campaigns on real conversions instead of clicks, and build custom and lookalike audiences from your visitors. The analysis lives in the Meta Events Manager and Ads Manager, next to the rest of your advertising, not in a separate export.

No. The direct way is one field: you paste the Pixel ID and Streavent fires the Pixel on your event pages. If you would rather manage everything centrally, you can also load the Pixel through Google Tag Manager alongside your other tags. Both routes end the same way, your event pages reporting to Meta.

Streavent hosts your event pages in Germany with a data processing agreement in place. The Pixel respects your consent setup: if you run a consent tool such as Cookiebot, it fires only after the visitor agrees, and existing consent from your main website can be passed through to the event page. You keep your Meta tracking and stay GDPR compliant at the same time.
