Learn moreRegistrations, attendance and booth leads from your events reach Close as contacts, activities and opportunities. Not through a one-click connector, but through Streavent's Open API and tools such as Zapier, Make or n8n.

The problem
Your customer day was full, the booth was busy, sales left with leads. Two weeks later the list still sits in the ticketing tool and in Close nobody shows they were there. The follow-up goes to everyone instead of those who came.
Data flow
The most common flows, each as a live sync.
arrow_forward From Close into your event

A Close Smart View becomes your invitation base: pick the contacts in the CRM, pass the list to Streavent over the API or Zapier, and invite them without exporting a single CSV.

Anyone who registers on your event website becomes a contact on a lead in Close, new ones created, known ones enriched, via the Open API or a Zapier flow.

The check-in status, registered, attended or no-show, lands on the lead in Close as a custom activity or a field.

Leads scanned at the booth reach Close with badge data, note and conversation status, as a fresh lead or an opportunity. Sales picks them up while the conversation is still warm.
These are the most common flows, not all of them. Speakers, sponsors, agenda and more sync too, and you can create a whole event straight from your tool.
How it works
Streavent's REST API (from the Growth plan) reads and writes registrations, check-in status and leads.
Prefer no dev work? Streavent triggers flows in Zapier, Make or n8n. Each event action can create or update a lead, log a custom activity or open an.
Leads, contacts, opportunities, custom activities and Smart Views: you decide which event data lands where.
For your team
Attended, no-shows, returners: with the check-in status in Close you build exactly these Smart Views and run your follow-up on a real event signal instead of a guess.
Was at the customer day, joined the security session, scanned at the booth with a Q4 note: on the lead in Close that is a different call than a bare email address.
Invitations, registrations, check-in, badges and app run on one data set in Streavent. The sync to Close keeps the CRM current without a second round of data entry.

FAQ
Streavent is an all-in-one event software for professional B2B events with 200 to 5,000 attendees that connects to Close over its Open API. Registrations, attendance status and booth leads reach Close as contacts, activities and opportunities. Registration, ticketing, check-in, badge printing and event app run in one platform, hosted in Germany.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The connection runs over Streavent's Open API (REST, from the Growth plan) into the Close API, or over no-code tools like Zapier, Make and n8n. That covers the same flows, registration to contact, check-in to activity, booth lead to opportunity, but you or a developer set the mapping up once. A built-in native sync exists today only for HubSpot, Salesforce and DATEV.
Contact data from the registration plus event context: registered, attended, no-show, and leads from the lead-scanning app including note and conversation status. You choose how it maps to leads, contacts, opportunities, custom activities and Smart Views in Close. We run our own sales pipeline in Close, so this is a setup we know from the inside.
No. Streavent is the event layer on your CRM: Close stays the system of record for leads, contacts and your outreach, Streavent handles everything around the event and plays the results back over the API. Details on the pricing page.
